information to potential clients and referring providers about TFC services and
eligibility requirements, and conducting phone screening.
Working with Outreach
Specialist to develop and implement outreach strategies aimed at identifying
and recruiting people living with HIV in need of TFC services.
Legal and Support Services managers to identify outreach priorities and
strategies to meet contractual mandates.
· Ensure staff deliver Evidence Based Models
administrative duties as needed, including quarterly reviews of case records
and treatment plans.

· Integrate trauma-informed care at multiple stages and
ensure a warm hand off between intake and clinicians.
