NYDIS is seeking full-time Disaster Case Managers for our Ida Flooding Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP). This is a hybrid position for Case Managers working with clients remotely and in-person on an as-needed basis, as well as one mandatory office day per week at the NYDIS offices in Midtown Manhattan. The Case Manager will report to the Case Management Supervisor and Program Manager. The 15-24 month contract spans 10 affected counties with 6 subcontracts with provider agencies that will deliver disaster case management services to approximately 2,300 Ida flooding-impacted households. We are seeking Disaster Case Managers for the following counties: Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, and Westchester counties, as well as NYC.

Immediate Availability. Salary range $45,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience, with excellent benefits.
