College Access Program Assistant

The Scholarship Academy (TSA) is a nonprofit organization, based in the Atlanta metropolitan area, that helps low-income students secure resources to pursue higher education opportunities with the least amount of debt.

This position is a 10-month service program opportunity. There are full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

• Provide financial aid support (FAFSA, scholarships, grants, etc. – Training will be provided)
• Communicate with partner organizations, vendors, and sponsors
• Facilitate TSA courses at partner site
• Collect data and reporting outcomes to share with partner organizations and stakeholders
• Maintain student portfolios and online student profiles
• Coordinate whole school supports such as boot camps, scholarship lunches, and workshops
• Train students and identified school staff on how to use the Virtual Scholarship Center
• Schedule state-wide TSA school and community activities and events
• Train and support TSA staff and volunteers on TSA program implementation
• Support/monitor reporting and tracking of TSA data and evaluation processes with executive leadership
• Lead projects and lead brain-storming sessions along with collaborating with other team members
