Based in Minneapolis, potential hybrid role, you’ll be guided by and receive support from Kara Caldwell. For 3 months you’ll intern approximately 15 hours per week. This is a paid internship position.
The Team
The HR & Benefits Assistant Intern is a member of the Minneapolis based department of Human Resources. We are part of a broader Platform Services team, a highly talented and technical group compromised of Finance, Logistics, Grants Management, IT, Administration, and Human Resources. We have a unique approach to working with those we serve. Providing basic services isn’t our style. Platform Services provides adaptable and relevant support for our customers that will inspire and allow them time to unleash their full potential.

The Role
Simply put, your scope/purpose/goal will be primarily responsible for supporting the HR Team while gaining knowledge and mastering essential technical and fundamental HR tasks. Here are some of the specifics:
