Did you know the IRS says it processes roughly 950,000 tax exempt applications each year?

Did you know that despite being legally registered business concerns who have the same compliance and reporting obligations as do their for profit siblings, the Small Business Administration (SBA) states on its website "that "tax exempt businesses "are not eligible" for most Federal programs?

The Learners Lab Foundation was elevated from being a national fiscal sponsorship & job training charity into a growing collaborative of small business incubator charities as part of its LLC parents volunteer work helping 501c Startups, Entrepreneurs and Tax-Exempt Small Businesses connect to whatever they need to operate and become self-sufficient.

Among its new charities is a National Chamber, Founders Association, an Impact Solutions Forum, Startup-to-Small Business Market Exchange...we're even Chartering our own Federal Credit Union to assure 501c startup & entrepreneurs have business lending and financial services focused solely on them and their unique needs as small business concerns who just happen to be 501cs.

The Foundation continues to serve as a fiscal sponsor for 501cs that require this support, and it has expanded its technical assistance service center (TASC) operation to help "any" 501c who finds themselves stuck in "startup" mode. Led by its LLC parent, this collaborative of charities was established to design, develop & connect its ignored segment of the entrepreneurial and small business market to operational, funding, financial and business assets & media resources they are either excluded from or cannot access on their own.  

The Foundation has also expanded its workforce training incubator, relentlessly working to develop programs & connecting un & under-employed persons in the labor force with the open-access training products and unrestricted job placement services that meet their needs. Along with a cross-disciplinary C-Suite PhD, several collaborative empowerment programs, The Fellowship Academy for Leadership & Business Continuity hosts a Think Tank and its Research Center and along with the other charities within the Collaborative, plans to offer everything in as many languages as it receives a demand for.

The Learners Lab Foundation received its letter of determination granting its tax exempt status under IRS Code 501(c)3 in February 2015, for whom donors will enjoy a 50% tax credit.
