Descripción
VITAS is looking to match kind-hearted volunteers with seniors near the end of life, who have a tale to tell. Life Story volunteers capture a patient’s meaningful moments and will develop a biography featuring the patient recalling his or her life stories.
VITAS provides free training and orientation for volunteers to learn the skills required to be an excellent Hospice Volunteer. You will also receive training in "Life Story Interviews" and how to share people's memories. Time and dates are ongoing and flexible.
