The Thaddeus Resource Center is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to restore HOPE, inspire GROWTH, and EMPOWER girls and women through mental health, education, life skill development, workforce training, and other supportive services. About the Role:

Mentors will guide and support their mentee, who are Thaddeus' youth clients, through personal and professional growth in a positive and respectful relationship.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Meet with assigned clients (up to 3 at a time)
• Meet virtually weekly through Microsoft Teams
• Work with students to help achieve personal, academic, and other goals with your mentee
• Experiences, hobbies, and interests are used to match mentees with mentors to
• Work collaboratively with mentees to reach achievements

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in the U.S.
• Mentors are required to commit a minimum of 1 year
• Must be available for a minimum of 5 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
