The volunteer must be available to make Tuck In calls each and every Wednesday or Thursday from a list that is provided to them of our home hospice patients.

Our Esteemed Volunteers must be good listeners and proactive when hearing a need during their phone call and notifying our staff of such needs.
Descripción
Hope Health Care seeks Esteemed Volunteers to complete Tuck In Calls every Wednesday or Thursday to our Hope Health Care home patients and/or caregivers to assess any needs they might have for the weekend. This provides our staff with the opportunity to ensure that those needs are met before the weekend begins and assures our patients and/or caregivers have the very best care provided by Hope Health Care and our team members.
