YouTube and/or Podcast Content Assistant

We are looking for a YouTube and/or Podcast Content Assistant to help support and grow our digital education channels. In this role, you will help transform our recorded events into polished uploads with strong visual presentation, clear descriptions, and consistent branding.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content organization, accessibility-focused writing, and helping educational material reach more people.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging, on-brand thumbnails for YouTube videos and podcast episodes
• Write clear, informative, accessible video/podcast descriptions.
• Assist with titles, tags, and keyword-friendly metadata.
• Help organize playlists, episode structure, and channel layout.
• Maintain consistent branding and tone across all YouTube and podcast uploads.

What We’re Looking For

• Interest or experience in YouTube channel management, podcast publishing, or digital storytelling.
• Ability to create clean, visually appealing thumbnails in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Strong writing skills, especially for descriptions.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with organizing content.
• Passion for IIAN’s mission of disability visibility and accessible education.
