What’s the Project About?

The Empower Her project focuses on equipping women in rural and urban communities with the tools, skills, and confidence to lead change in their lives and communities. By fostering entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial literacy, this project helps women take charge of their economic and social futures. 💼✨

Volunteer Roles and Activities:

• 💡 Entrepreneurship Mentor:Teach business basics like budgeting, marketing, and scaling small businesses.
• 👩‍🏫 Leadership Coach: Conduct workshops on communication, self-confidence, and community leadership.
• 💰 Financial Literacy Trainer: Empower women with knowledge about savings, investments, and financial independence.
• 🧵 Skills Development Facilitator: Help women learn or refine skills like sewing, baking, or crafts to start small businesses.
• 📣 Advocacy Champion: Promote women’s rights, gender equity, and access to opportunities through community engagement.

Volunteer Fee

To sustain the project and cover essential costs, there’s a $600 fee per volunteer. This fee supports the women we work with and ensures you have everything you need to make an impact.

What’s Included?

✅ Comfortable shared accommodation in a safe community.

✅ Nutritious local meals (3 per day).

✅ In-country transportation to project sites.

✅ Training and materials for workshops.

✅ 24/7 support from our team to ensure your experience is smooth and rewarding.

Dates & Duration:

Flexible start dates available! Volunteer for 2–12 weeks, depending on your availability.
