Saint Louis Crisis Nursery is looking for a Maintenance Volunteer for our St. Louis City Nursery! Our Nursery cares for children 24/7/365, and the Nursery is their home while they’re with us. We have several bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and playrooms that need some TLC to keep our Nursery looking and feeling like a home. As a Maintenance Volunteer, you’ll take care of our kids’ home by:
*Keeping sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and drains clear
*Changing furnace filters and cleaning wall/floor vents
*Installing safety latches and tightening knobs, hinges, table legs, etc.*Changing light bulbs on high ceilings
*Assembling furniture such as kids’ bed frames and office chairs
*Installing new interior doors, blinds, shelving, etc.
*Other projects as needed, depending on volunteer’s skills and experience
If you’re handy around the house and would like to use your skills to take care of our kids’ Nursery, we would love for you to become a Saint Louis Crisis Nursery Maintenance Volunteer! Please let us know if you’re interested or if you have any questions. We look forward to welcoming you!
