Make an impact by volunteering at your local Girls on the Run 5K Celebration!

Girls on the Run empowers girls in grades 3–8 through after-school programs that combine fun physical activity, engaging lessons, and meaningful community projects. The season culminates in a celebratory 5K designed to empower girls to set and accomplish a goal. Crossing the finish line gives them a tangible sense of achievement, boosts their confidence, and inspires them to pursue future goals.

You can help make it happen. Volunteer at your local Girls on the Run 5K! Opportunities include set-up and tear-down, cheer stations, registration, water stops, and running buddies. There’s a role for everyone to be part of this unforgettable moment and to witness the next generation of women joyfully cross the finish line.
