UCA Poverty Initiatives VISTA Leader

 The VISTA Leader works with UCA Outreach to bring together campus and community partner stakeholders in the effort to understand and alleviate poverty in Arkansas. The VISTA Leader’s key objectives will include leading recruitment efforts for the UCA VISTA program; supporting collaboration, idea sharing, and data collection across VISTA sites; helping UCA VISTA members locate appropriate professional development resources and opportunities; and identifying and sharing community resources for low-income, first-generation, and nontraditional college students and students seeking workforce development training.
