Orange Hospice invites compassionate and skilled hair stylists to join our volunteer team, providing a special touch of beauty and comfort to hospice patientsin their homes or places of residence. If you have a talent for hairstyling and a heart for making a positive impact, consider offering your expertise as a Hair Stylist Volunteer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gentle Hairstyling: Provide haircuts, styling, and basic grooming services for hospice patients.
- Enhance Well-being: Boost the morale and self-esteem of patients by offering personalized hairstyling sessions.
- Caring Connections: Foster a sense of care and personal attention through the art of hairstyling.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and experienced hair stylist.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Good communication skills and ability to connect with individuals facing end-of-life challenges.
- Completion of hospice volunteer training (provided by Orange Hospice).
