AmeriCorps Seniors Program - Increasing H.O.P.E Financial Training Center

Do you have a passion to serve, educate, guide or mentor people? Do you have a background in financial literacy, job coaching, or mentoring? Maybe your skill set is in marketing plans, budgeting, homebuying, credit counseling or another form of financial planning. At Increasing H.O.P.E Financial Training Center we help SC families create financial freedom and stability for families in South Carolina's Tri-County area by building assets through financial education and training. We are recruiting AmeriCorps Seniors Members who are 55 yrs. of age or older. They must be willing to serve a minimum of five hours a week, and no more than 40 hrs. a week. In exchange for their time, they may be eligible for a modest hourly stipend if they meet income guidelines. AmeriCorps Seniors members must be able to pass a Federal Background check, State background check and not be a convicted sex offender. To apply please call 843.225.4343.
