As we work on this groundbreaking project, we need dedicated Executive Administration Assistants to support our team and help keep our efforts organized and efficient.

Role Description

This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our nonprofit and the successful development of 65square. As a Virtual Executive Administration Assistant, you will collaborate with our leadership and team members to provide administrative and organizational support.

This volunteer position may lead to a paid opportunity based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for team leaders.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and records.
• Assist with task prioritization and delegation to ensure smooth workflows.
• Draft and edit emails, reports, and other communication materials.
• Support volunteer recruitment efforts by maintaining contact lists and tracking applications.
• Coordinate internal events, such as team meetings and goal-setting activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative virtual work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, executive assistance, or related fields is a bonus but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• A passion for creating safer online spaces is an asset!
