About This Role:
We are seeking a Camper Care Specialist to help us support our campers’ unique needs throughout the week at Day Camp 2026. As a member of our camp leadership team, you will get the unique opportunity to help create and lead a much-needed camp experience that helps kids affected by childhood cancer receive the dedicated support they deserve.

We are seeking a Camper Care Specialist to help us support our campers’ unique needs throughout the week at Day Camp 2026. As a member of our camp leadership team, you will get the unique opportunity to help create and lead a much-needed camp experience that helps patients, survivors, and siblings of childhood cancer build confidence and have fun.
Specific Responsibilities
Prior to your camp session, you will be responsible for working with our Program Director to review camper records, identify potential behavioral challenges, and suggest solutions to best support these children during the week of camp. During your camp session, you will serve as a member of the camp’s Leadership Team, providing additional support where needed to help children with behavioral challenges thrive in the camp environment. Most importantly, you will get the unique opportunity to help give childhood cancer patients and survivors an incredible week of camp: experiencing independence, having fun, and building friendships to last a lifetime.

Expectations & Commitment:
Most of the preparation and planning can be done remotely and around your own schedule. Applicants must be able to commit to attending every day of the in-person camp session in Wellesley, MA (June 28-July 3, 2026). Applicants should be able to commit to helping with this role through the execution of the camp session in 2026.
