Summer Nature Camp Volunteeers

The LA Arboretum & Botanic Garden seeks volunteers to assist with its 2023 Summer Nature Camp program! Summer Nature Camp provides children with exciting hands-on experiences while fostering joyful connections with nature. Our summer camp features a different theme each week that integrates playful explorations of our gardens with nature-themed science and art activities. Volunteers help staff with camper activities and provide children with supervision and friendship. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain work experience while forming bonds with peers. Volunteers must be a minimum of 14 years old and must commit to at least one full week of camp. Volunteers who complete four or more full weeks of service will receive a one-year family membership to The Arboretum.
