Bilingual Volunteers Needed! Support your community with the Alzheimer's Association

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking volunteers who are bilingual in English and Spanish to help lead programs and educational classes in SW Washington and Oregon.

Volunteers are trained in one or multiple positions, including:

• Educational Presenter
• Caregiver Support Group Facilitator
• Social-Engagement Group Facilitator
• Therapeutic Art Program Facilitator
• Outreach Specialist at health fairs and conferences

Volunteers are expected to: * Successfully complete all required training for position * Commit to volunteering with the Association for at least one year * Arrive on time for all programs for which they volunteer * Complete all required program records and return them to the chapter program office within one week of the program * Provide feedback to the chapter concerning any questions or suggestions to promote communication and continuous process improvement * Refer attendees to the resources and programs of the Alzheimer’s Association as appropriate * Act at all times as a trusted representative of the Alzheimer’s Association
