Job Title: Volunteer Marketing Director (Member of the Board of Directors)

Experience

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in correspondence with high net worth individuals & partners prospects

· Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and motivation as a self-starter

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

· Managerial experience, set and administer annual marketing budget

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and interact with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds

· Strong project management and people management

· Ability to perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines effectively

· Ability to generate and implement innovative ideas

· Ability to receive constructive feedback, as well as to implement feedback

· Professional and positive attitude with the ability to successfully navigate changing demands and shifting priorities

· Operational in G suite for nonprofits/Google Ad’s Grant operation and management

Board Member Function

· Is a member of the Board

· Develop a marketing plan/brand awareness strategy for the organization 

· Significant expertise in the implementation of marketing policies

· Plan and execute a marketing strategy

· Develop digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

· Manage and measure marketing campaign cost

· Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs

· Oversee the planning and execution of Urban Quality Living, Inc’s, web site SEO

· Spearhead efforts to increase SEO visibility

· Use research to develop, implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies

· Cultivate and maintain business/marketing contacts

· Identify new organizational marketing opportunities

· Marketing Data analysis

· Other responsibilities, as assigned

Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing, business

· At least seven years of marketing experience in for-profits/nonprofits businesses

· Well-versed in using SEO and social media strategies to attract and direct traffic/brand awareness
