About Global Crisis Response (GCR):


Global Crisis Response is a systematic effort aimed at collectively exploring the best means to articulate & navigate the current era of the Anthropocene characterized by Climate Change, scarcity, chaos & uncertainty. It is the flagship initiative of Orb Tranz Research & Broadcasting Foundation, a not for profit (Section-8 Company) registered in Mumbai, India. It came into existence in April 2021.


Volunteer qualification:

The volunteer preferably must have either an experience in formulating HR policies (in HR or legal role) especially in the non-profit (Global Think Tank & advocacy).

Project details:

Our board currently consists of two directors (including myself). The organization addresses multi-disciplinary global (eco-centric) sustainability & societal collapse issues. I intend to create a global platform where content development will be created primarily by the aid of online community of volunteers, members, donors and few staff members. It will benefit us immensely if we have the appropriate HR policies for all persons engaged in various roles. An organizational handbook containing all relevant policies, orientation contents will go a long way in simplifying this complex task. In short we seek the entire HR policy related checklist that will be necessary to achieve GCR short & long term goals.

Scope of the project includes the following:

·        Checklist & outline of all relevant policies for board, member, volunteers, staff etc.

·        Outline a strategy to create an orientation handbook useful to induct, orient & empower of new members, volunteers

Time Commitment:

The Project involves understanding GCR's vision in order to formulate an effective strategy. This assignment is of strategic value hence we will support the volunteer with all the support and information. However it does not have stiff deadlines and can be flexible with the volunteer’s circumstances.
