Join us tabling at the San Dimas Nature Center on October 11th from 2:30pm-7pm for a “hooting” good time at the Halloween Nature Crawl! This free event will feature a costume contest, pumpkin patch, raffles, nature crafts, Halloween hunt, Halloween maze, wildlife exhibits AND a great horned owl release! It will be a wonderful opportunity to teach visitors how amazing condors are!
All you need is an interest in CA condors and a willingness to talk to visitors about this iconic species. You will be working with other volunteers who will provide 'on the job' training. We will also email you a Volunteer Handbook (PDF) to browse before hand.
