You will work remotely and on your own schedule. Because our staff is spread throughout the world, we communicate mostly through email.

Thus, you are required to respond to emails at your earliest convenience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the Development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
• Work with Editorial and Marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Recommend changes to the website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Work with team members to satisfy all aspects of SEO research and growth
• Prepare strategy reports
• Identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
• Develop link-building strategies (preferred but not required)
• Track, report and analyze website analytics to determine how we can grow traffic
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
