Seniors throughout Pinellas County have no way to get to their medical appointments and pharmacies which leads to poor health outcomes and increased isolation. Driving seniors to often life-saving appointments is among the most rewarding volunteer opportunities at Neighborly, and your impact is immediate! Since we can't provide rides to every senior, your help ensures more get the care they need.

In just two to four hours per week, you can choose the day(s), hours and any area within Pinellas County where you can help. No lifting or wheelchairs! With your cheerful demeanor, vehicle, and clean driving record and background, together we’ll prepare you for this rewarding position! Just complete our online application (link below) and attend a medical transportation orientation (dates in the application). If you can't make a regular commitment, we'll work with your availability! Don't want to deal with traffic? There are easier, alternate routes!
