CFWM volunteers support our community by serving as reviewers, committee members, and Trustees who are invested in our community, have a commitment for advancing equity in our region, interest and/or experience in community or educational engagement, fundraising, investments, financial audits and budgeting, and/or nonprofit work.
Position Overview
The committee provides advice and guidance related to the policies for the administration of scholarship and loan programs. All education committee members are required to participate in scholarship review in the spring.

Our volunteers bring a variety of lived, educational and professional experiences to our work in the community. We seek to match the experiences of interested volunteers to our volunteer opportunities.
Education committee volunteers may be education professionals such as teachers, guidance counselors, staff from financial aid and student affairs in higher education, college counselors, people who have lived experience as a first-generation college student, former recipients of a CFWM administered scholarship.
