Employee Teambuilding Group Volunteer Service Opportunities - hybrid

We offer corporate employee teams with the opportunity to come together for teambuilding service experiences in support of There With Care families and children facing critical illness.

Every day, families facing a child’s medical crisis count on There With Care for urgent relief and resources like groceries, baby supplies, gas cards, and emotional support. Your team's support and participation help families get through the range of challenges that come with their child's diagnosis of a life-threatening illness.

We take the time to learn about your team's interests and needs and explore with you available options to create collaborative experiences that are both meaningful for employees and impactful for families.

Sessions include a presentation on There With Care's programs and services; a family story video; assembling care bags of food/essential items, and other interactive and meaningful activities.

Factors that are taken into consideration in the design of experiences are:

• • Team interests – food security, transportation assistance, home stability, and patient and family essentials.
  • Monetary resources available to purchase supplies to make care bags.
  • Team size - options for groups with 10 to 100+ employees.
  • Location - onsite at your location, at a There With Care location, or another community location, indoors or outdoors.
  • Facilitation by There With Care team member(s) - in-person or virtually – or self-facilitation with guidance.
  • Preferences around the supplies purchasing - underwritten or in-kind donation.
  • Session length – 1 hour or more.
  • Scheduling – make a reservation as far in advance as possible for your preferred date, day of the week or weekend, and time of day.
