Are you interested in DC history? Love Rock Creek Park? Want to work around large, wooden gears? The Friends of Peirce Mill has a role for you!
For 25 years, the Friends of Peirce Mill have partnered with the National Park Service to preserve, restore, and interpret the last working gristmill in Washington, DC.

As our organization grows, we’re looking for board members and volunteers to join our friendly, dedicated, and enthusiastic team.
No milling experience necessary! But a background in education, accounting, business, horticulture, history, engineering, law, community development, public relations, and/or fundraising a plus.
