    • Marketing/Communications, PR, and Fundraising:This committee focuses on identifying finEQUITY.org’s first in-person fundraising strategy or exploring other fundraising ideas, proposing communication strategies, gratitude events/tactics, and major gift plans. They can also design and propose media opportunities.

    Role Options:

    • Co-Chair: Leads meetings, sets agendas, ensures the committee remains focused on its objectives, and reports to the board

    • You are passionate about advancing the financial health of justice-impacted individuals and families
    • Ability to commit to scheduled meetings, meet deadlines, and complete assigned tasks
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a group setting, communicate effectively, and engage with diverse perspectives

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a nonprofit governance or committee role is helpful but not required
