Director of Recruitment and Management (Remote)

Position Overview: Creshendo is seeking a passionate Director of Volunteer Recruitment and Management to lead the expansion and management of a dedicated team of volunteers. In this role, you will play a key part in building our volunteer network, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for all volunteers, and supporting the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute volunteer recruitment strategies to attract individuals aligned with our mission.

• Collaborate with team leads to assess volunteer needs and assign volunteers to appropriate roles.

• Conduct volunteer orientations and provide ongoing support and supervision.

• Maintain and manage a volunteer database, tracking skills, availability, and contact information.

• Organize volunteer recognition programs and appreciation events.

• Gather feedback from volunteers to continuously improve their experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR, volunteer recruitment, or team management (preferred).

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to match volunteer skills with organizational needs.

• Proven leadership experience and the ability to work independently.

• Commitment of at least 5 hours per week.
