Graduate Programs In Focus, Featuring 13 Specializations
- M.A., Diplomacy and International Relations - At the School of Diplomacy, students evolve from consumers of information to producers of knowledge - immediately ready to contribute to a variety of fields.
- Executive M.S., International Affairs (on campus and online) - Professionals with seven years of work experience can apply to complete their master’s degree in an accelerated, ten course sequence.
Dual Degree Programs
Enhance your education and save time by combining your diplomacy degree with another professional program. Many dual degrees require only 60 credit hours of work and 3 years of full-time study. Compare that to 80+ credits and 4 years to complete each program individually.
Students interested in a dual degree must apply for admission to both programs.
- B.S./M.A., Diplomacy and International Relations - Earn your bachelor's and master's degree in diplomacy faster than each degree individually.
- J.D./M.A., Law and Diplomacy - Pursue a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School along with your M.A. in Diplomacy and International Relations.
- M.A., Communication/M.A., Diplomacy and International Relations - Thrive in the complex world of global corporate relations with this dual degree program from the College of Communication and the Arts and the School of Diplomacy.
- M.B.A./M.A., Diplomacy and International Relations - Gain a combination of business skills and international policy knowledge uniquely suited to our age. This program is offered by the Stillman School of Business and the School of Diplomacy.
- M.P.A./M.A., Diplomacy and International Relations - Meet the challenges of public sector administration with this 60 credit program from the College of Arts and Sciences and the School of Diplomacy.
Graduate Certificates
- Graduate Certificate in Post-Conflict State Reconstruction and Sustainability - Develop a comprehensive foundation for building sustainable peace in societies emerging from violent conflict in as little as one year.
- Graduate Certificate in United Nations Studies - Deepen your understanding of how the policy community both utilizes and proposes to reform the UN while gaining in-depth knowledge about UN operations in a specific functional area and strengthening your professional writing skills.
- Graduate Certificate in Global Health Management - The increasing occurrence of public health epidemics, concerns with bioterrorism and a pressing need for innovative approaches to health crises all point to the importance of a global approach in health management.

Lo Que Dicen Nuestros Estudiantes
“When we talk about a Seton Hall degree, we’re actually talking about a group of individuals who really want to give back, not only to their community, but also to the world, and that really made coming home to Seton Hall to get my Master's degree an easy decision.”
