The John Glenn College of Public Affairs at Ohio State is a nationally acclaimed program with the broad goal per Senator Glenn to "Inspire Citizenship, Develop Leadership." Glenn College graduate programs equip students with the skills needed to enter the fields of local, state, and federal government, nonprofit organizations, think-tanks, consulting firms, political campaigns, and even the private sector in order to affect change in public policy and manage public organizations. Our students are incredibly passionate about their communities large and small, and our curriculum is practical and applied in order to best connect students with real-world examples and skills. No matter what your goals are, the Glenn College’s degrees will prepare you with the skills, knowledge and experiences to get things done.

Clubes y Asociaciones

Within the Glenn College, there are three student organizations:

PASA (Public Affairs Student Association): This is the general student organization for graduate students at the Glenn College. This group puts on service and social activities, serves as a liaison to faculty and staff, and designates members to serve on College committees

PAMSO (Public Affairs Multicultural Student Organization): This group is made up of graduate and undergraduate students, and is open to all students at Ohio State. PAMSO's goals are to promote the interests of multicultural students in the area of public policy and public affairs. This group puts on service and social activities, and serves on the Diversity Committee at the college.

ICMA (International City/County Managers Association): This group is open to graduate and undergraduate students who are interested in careers in local government. The group's goal is to promote professional development for interested students, and is connected to the Ohio City/County Managers Association for professionals in the field.

Glenn College students are also able to join any other club or group at Ohio State open to graduate students, such as the Council of Graduate Students.
