Descrição

The Innovative Nonprofit Solutions Group, LLC (The INS Group), a Raleigh-based consulting firm, is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator (16 hours per week/64 hours per month) who is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multi-tasking.

The Administrative Coordinator will work remotely Monday - Thursday following a schedule that will be determined. This is a contract position with an hourly rate of $30. Please submit a cover letter and resume to hr@theinsgroup.com by Monday, June 24, 2024.

The Administrative Coordinator will support:

Office Administrative Tasks:

  • Draft and organize meeting notes from client meetings (i.e. flip charts, Zoom recordings, and other notes from strategic planning sessions and various meetings).
  • Update PowerPoint presentations for fundraising and grant writing courses.
  • Update PowerPoint presentations for client trainings.
  • Provide notetaking and support during local in-person strategic planning sessions upon request.
  • Proof and edit contracts, e-newsletter copy, email communications, strategic planning documents, and other documents upon request.
  • Assist with online file organization via Dropbox, SmartSheet and Google Docs.
  • Participate in meetings with The INS Group President and INS Team Members and assist with agenda development and meeting summaries. 

Research Projects and Client Support

  • Conduct grant research and provide grant proposal writing support.
  • Conduct research to support business development strategies.
  • Research and create effective tools and templates to support client projects.
  • Compile, synthesize and analyze data for various client-related projects.
  • Provide project management support as needed.

Internal Marketing, Communications, and Business Development Support

  • Support The INS Group team’s marketing and business development strategy as needed.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms, i.e., Google Docs.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to coordinate a wide array of activities at any point in time and maintaining the flexibility to adjust to changing workload requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent performance. 
  • Great attention to detail.
