Upskill Management Services

UpSkill Management Services is a global award winning company that has been involved with skill development in India. We have been working with the underprivileged youth in different locations of India spanning 5 states and are in the business of providing employment linked vocational training. We have also been selected for the Ministry of Minority Affairs grants under the Seekho aur Kamao scheme for three states viz Rajasthan, Gujarat and Telangana.

UpSkill was formed by six Kellogg graduate students with a single purpose: find a way to sustainably make Vocational (skills-based) education more accessible to low income young adults in developing countries. To this end, we have developed a new way to fund vocational training: we pay for students’ tuition upfront and upon completion of their training, students enter paid internships, where a portion of their wage is taken to repay tuition costs.
