    Overview

AidKit is revolutionizing how aid reaches those who need it most. We're on a mission to empower nonprofits and governments to deliver aid and public benefits with unprecedented efficiency and dignity. We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team.

    About AidKit

AidKit is the trusted engine powering disaster relief, cash assistance, and government benefits programs for nonprofits and governments. We've changed the way organizations distribute aid by replacing convoluted workflows with a unified, efficient platform. Our mission is simple: get dollars directly into the hands of those who need it most, with dignity and equity at the forefront.

Born from the need to support undocumented workers during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, AidKit has grown into a dynamic startup. We now provide the technology backbone for some of the nation's largest direct cash and guaranteed income programs, having distributed hundreds of millions of dollars to people in need.

We specialize in serving hard-to-reach populations, including undocumented individuals, unhoused people, child care providers, refugees, survivors of domestic violence, and people with disabilities. As we continue to grow rapidly, the opportunity for impact is immense.

    About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role involves collaboration across AidKit's internal teams, bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and practical applications. You will be a bridge between product and sales, maintaining and enhancing our features wiki, creating sales enablement materials, managing our demo portal, and providing technical expertise and thought partnership during sales demonstrations. By blending technical acumen with strong communication skills, they will translate our innovative capabilities into tangible solutions for partners, unlocking more social impact, driving growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Enablement and Support:

    • Support the Director of Growth Operations in creating enablement materials for sales and marketing teams.
    • Assist in sales calls, pitches, and proposal writing by providing strategic expertise and technical support for complex demos.
    • Curate and maintain customer-facing demo portals and materials.
    • Think creatively to solve specific technical needs or obstacles during sales processes.

    Technical Documentation and Product Expertise:

    • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date features wiki.
    • Develop a deep understanding of AidKit's product features and roadmap.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
    • Overlay our platform engineering team to support innovation and impact.

    Training and Support:

    • Create and deliver training materials to educate internal teams on new features and updates.
    • Develop sustainable and scalable training modules for sales representatives.
    • Provide ongoing support to ensure optimal platform usage.
    • Product Development and Innovation:
    • Contribute to the company's initiative to create a modular, plug-and-play system with pre-built architecture.
    • Meaningly shape the product's impact for governments and nonprofits; as you engage with customers and learn about their needs, you will gain insight to help serve them better.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Act as a link between AidKit’s software development and program implementation teams and AidKit’s partners, facilitating knowledge transfer of new features.

    About You

These are not firm “qualifications” required, we care more about the skills you exhibit and a growth mindset than checking boxes.

    • You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Solutions Engineer for a SaaS or PaaS company.
    • You have a proven track record of translating systems requirements into technical solutions and technical solutions into customer facing enablement materials.
