The Meridian Center for Global Leadership (MCGL) administers professional and educational exchange programs that enhance Meridian's vision of a more secure and prosperous world—today and for generations to come. MCGL's virtual and in-person programs provide training, networking and professional development opportunities to emerging leaders from around the world. Programs support key global issues and sectors, including business and trade, women's empowerment, journalism, youth leadership and civic engagement, human rights and energy and the environment.
The IVLP Fellows will work closely with IVLP Team in MCGL to administer the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) – the U.S. Department of State's premier professional exchange program. Through short-term visits to the United States, current and emerging foreign leaders in a variety of fields experience the U.S. firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts while on the IVLP.

Qualifications/Requirements:
· Commit 20-39 hours per week to the Fellowship
· Be able to work on Mondays and either Thursday or Friday
· Strong interest in cultural exchange, American studies, public diplomacy, international education, or international relations
· Experience with cultural exchange on or off campus
· Proven initiative and strong interpersonal skills, especially in a professional setting
· Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong writing skills
· Interest in working within a diverse work environment
