Austin NOW: Voter Mobilization and Committees Workshop

Join Austin NOW in October for a dynamic Voter Registration and Committees Workshop, designed to equip you with the skills to register voters, mobilize communities, and actively engage in key advocacy committees that drive our organization’s mission. This workshop will also feature an informational with the Texas Civil Rights Project on voter information and how you can become a poll monitor.

Workshop Highlights:

• Voter Training:  Understand the importance of voter mobilization, especially as we near election time.
• Committee Introductions: Learn about Austin NOW’s committees, including Reproductive Rights and Justice, Economic Justice, Ending Violence Against Women, Racial Justice, LGBTQIA+ Rights, and Constitutional Equality. Learn how to get involved in advocacy, research, and outreach within these areas.

• This workshop is open to anyone interested in voter engagement and advocacy, regardless of experience level. Whether you're new to Austin NOW or a long-time member, you’ll leave with practical skills and a deeper understanding of how to get involved in our mission-driven work.
