Office of Councilmember Corey Johnson

The Office of Councilmember Corey Johnson has openings for challenging full-time and part-time winter and spring internships to aid our administrative, legislative, and constituent services teams. Responsibilities include: researching legislative issues, attending legislative briefings and hearings, answering phone calls, processing constituent mail, and assisting with special projects. Applicants should be enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking, and have strong writing and communication skills. Internships start mid-January, run through the semester, and are unpaid but we are happy to work with you to secure school credit.

Councilmember Corey Johnson represents the 3rd Councilmanic District, Manhattan, New York City, covering the neighborhoods of Chelsea, the West Village, Hudson Square, Soho, Greenwich Village, Hudson Yards, Hell's Kitchen/Clinton, Lincoln Square and the Meatpacking District.
