Science Teacher / VOLUNTEER PAID POSITION

Mayatan Bilingual School in Copán Ruinas, Honduras is seeking native English-speaking preschool and primary school teachers for the 2022-2023 school year.

We are looking for flexible teachers to form part of our team.

Ideal candidates are independent, self-guided, self-reliant individuals who are passionate about teaching and working in the local community, capable of making the best of limited resources and adapting to circumstances, and want to gain international experience. This is a full-time professional teaching position.

We are seeking certified (or soon to be certified) teachers who are native speakers of English. International travel, work experience and Spanish language skills are a plus, but not requirements for the position. All teachers will be provided with housing, transportation to and from the school, residency/permission renewal, health insurance and a monthly stipend.
