We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator like you who is a master storyteller, experienced in public relations who can help shape our vision. Here is what the day-to-day functions will look like:
What you will bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Equivalent combination of experience and/or education may substitute with a preference for four years progressive relevant work experience.
Experience: Minimum of four years’ experience coordinating a broad array of marketing activities, preferably in a health and/or non-profit, mission-based company. Must have recent experience developing marketing communications for a variety of purposes, audiences and applications. Social media and web experience preferred. Experience working with members of the media a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Successful track record of supporting multiple areas of marketing including communications, direct marketing, campaign management, events, etc. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication and editing skills to include technical and business writing and content preparation for multiple mediums. Ability to develop creative approaches to communication challenges and identification of new ways of delivering information. Proficiency in Mac/Windows platforms and MS Office applications. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external groups to portray a positive image of the company and our mission. Requires the ability to proactively identify and meet a broad spectrum of marketing support needs. Strong time management and organizational skills. Good project coordination skills and multitasker. A good working knowledge of the healthcare system and managed care principles preferred. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving.
