We are seeking a full time Bilingual Receptionist for our Upper Westside Clinic. This position is responsible for front desk reception on site, tracking copayments/insurance, and answering/transferring phone calls.
Requirements: Eligible candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Candidates should be highly proficient with technology, software and applications (Microsoft Office suite and Zoom.) Experience working in a clinic/medical setting or experience with older adults preferred. The ideal candidate will have great focus and attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and exude warmth and patience. As per NYC Department of Health Mandate, all employees must be fully vaccinated.
