About the Advancement Team — The Advancement Team raises the revenue to fuel BEAM’s work and growth, and thoughtfully stewards BEAM’s donors — individuals, corporations, and foundations. The team has six full-time staff members. We expect to raise ~$9M this year and $10M next year.

About the Advancement Operations Manager role — The Advancement Manager will work directly with the leadership of the Advancement Team to strategize about, plan, and optimize our Salesforce use. The Manager will also work with the Chief Advancement Officer to build a thriving corporate partnership program including prospecting, managing a portfolio of partners, and working with volunteers. The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to take initiative and stretch themselves in a fast-paced environment; someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively; someone who is a creative thinker and a problem solver. This is an exciting opportunity to have a big impact on a small team, and to support equity in the STEM education space.
