How will you fight for an AIDS-free generation?

We are seeking a Coordinator for the Information Technology (IT) team and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to provide key support for IT/BI functions across the organization. Additionally, the Coordinator will provide light support to the Chief Operating Officer.  The Coordinator serves as a key resource in ensuring effective and efficient operations throughout the US and Africa, which ultimately helps EGPAF reach its mission. 

No two days are alike at EGPAF, but what can you expect in this role?

Administrative Support

·      Organize and track documents and activities.  

·      Provide training support including logistics and preparing meeting materials for in-person and virtual meetings.

·      Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage the COO calendar.

·      Prepare reports and presentations.

·      Organize and take notes at team meetings.

·      Support the IT Governance Committee.

·      Process invoices.

·      Organize travel and process expense reimbursements for IT and BI Directors and the COO.

·      Coordinate with members of the IT and BI teams to distribute all new incoming awards and amendments for the Foundation.

·      Serve as IT and BI point of contact for vendors.

·      Establish a strong rapport with team members to facilitate proactive and supportive communication.

·      Other duties as assigned.

General Support:

·      Onboard new EGPAF staff by providing in-person or virtual IT overview session for colleagues.

·      Manage IT local and international shipping needs via FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS, working in conjunction with EGPAF’s administration team.

·      Liaise with IT members regarding system maintenance.

·      Complete required data entry for key systems.

·      Generate reports and conduct basic data analysis.

To be successful, you will have…

·      Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience

·      Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

·      Strong desire and ability to learn new processes, systems and tools

·      Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft 365 apps, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·      Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including writing, copy editing, and formatting skills
