Hybrid (2 days/week in office) | Washington, D.C. or New York, New York | Minimum Salary: $90,000 | Maximum Salary: $100,000
The Century Foundation, a leading progressive think tank, is seeking an innovative and passionate Digital Communications Manager to lead TCF’s social media, email, and digital campaigns focused on advancing policy change in pursuit of racial, gender, economic and disability equity.
The Digital Communications Manager will be responsible for setting overall digital strategy for the organization, as well as the day-to-day execution of that strategy across channels, including Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and the website (plus digital support for our spinoff think tank, Next100). The Digital Manager will work closely with the communications, research, and policy teams and TCF leadership to grow our online audience and deepen engagement, including assisting with web publishing, multimedia production, events, and more as needed.

Previous political, campaign, policy, advocacy/nonprofit, and/or agency experience is a plus. Reporting to the Deputy Communications Director, the Digital Manager will join a dynamic and growing team that is at the forefront of many of our nation’s most important policy, advocacy, and political fights.
