YOUR POSITION WITH TNC

The Provide Food and Water Sustainability Pillar ("Provide") is critical to the success of TNC’s mission and requires collaborative processes and systems to operate effectively. The Provide team is responsible for driving change and scaling solutions in the agriculture, fisheries and water supply sector to create better outcomes for biodiversity, climate and people. The Provide Portfolio Management Officer (PMO) will accelerate alignment with TNC’s Global Goals, support dynamic management of Provide-aligned strategies and goals, and enable impact at a scale that matters. This position will be part of the Provide Operating Council and will report to the Deputy Director for Provide.


LOCATION

Arlington, Virginia, USA. Location is flexible. The individual may work at a TNC office or remotely from locations where TNC has a registered office.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

·        Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination;

·        Experience leading and implementing multiple projects;

·        Experience with business process improvement and management;

·        Experience with current and evolving technology and tools related to business process management;

·        Experience working with teams across an organization; and

·        Experience, coursework, or other training in principles, practices, and procedures of relevant field.
