Businesses Ending Slavery and Trafficking (BEST) is a non-profit organization with a mission to align and equip leaders to use the power of business to prevent human trafficking. BEST builds the capacity of businesses to become socially responsible on the issue of human trafficking so that business employees can interrupt and prevent the exploitation of some of the most vulnerable people in society. BEST is recruiting for a full-time Program Coordinator, who will support our programs. This position will primarily assist our ACT programs, with a focus on coordinating consulting and training opportunities locally and across the country. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-initiating, and a strong written and verbal communicator.
Duties may include (but are not limited to):
· Plan and coordinate training events
· Coordinate updates to training content and materials
· Provide project management support for ongoing relationships and projects with stakeholders in private, public, and nonprofit sectors
· Enter data into a CRM and pull reports
· Coordinate meetings with external and internal stakeholders
· Other duties as needed

· Strong proficiency learning and using technological tools like Microsoft products, Salesforce, and Asana to support project management and communication across teams
· High degree of flexibility
· Ability to produce high quality work
· Excellent at executing a plan or idea and taking ownership to bring the plan to fruition
· Intelligent, learns quickly, and adapts easily to new situations
· Proactive and able to work independently
· Good problem-solving skills
· Ability to relate professionally and respectfully to a wide range of people, from human trafficking survivors to law enforcement officers to CEOs
· Ability to continue working in the organization for the long-term
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional or lived experience
Preferred Capacities and Skills:
· Experience with Salesforce, Asana, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams preferred
Position Details
· 40 hours/week, non-exempt
· Wage range of $21 - 25/hour, depending on experience and skills
· Benefits include health insurance, retirement, paid vacation leave, and paid sick leave
· Position is hybrid on-site in our Seattle office for four days a week after COVID guidelines for employers are changed. While COVID guidelines are in place, the position will be located at home.
· Position reports to the Sr. Program Manager
