Location
The United States Virgin Islands is divided into two island districts. Successful applicants generally have the option of stating a preference for the St. Thomas/St. John District or the St. Croix District.
Salary
Salary will be determined by the pay scale of the Assistant Attorneys General Collective Bargaining Agreement, which is graded according to years of active practice with a range of $92,000 - $129,960.

Work in this class is performed under established rules, policies, and procedures under the direction of the Attorney General. The successful applicant is, however, expected to exercise initiative and judgment in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited law school, having earned an LLB or J.D. degree, and admission to practice before the highest court of any state or territory.
