NJP is hiring a Fundraising Specialist. We are a small but mighty fundraising team with a passion for collaboration, community centric fundraising, equity, accessibility, strategic risk-taking, and continual learning. Join our mission-driven team to help facilitate fundraising from individuals, businesses, and foundations. This is a full-time non-exempt union position.
The Fundraising Specialist reports to the Director of Development and will be a collaborative partner in shaping the Resource Development program. Responsibilities include managing the donor database; supporting fundraising planning, appeals, events, communications, and grants; assistance with prospect research and donor stewardship; and providing support for other fundraising activities.
