Descrição

Are you a trailblazing, compassionate, and visionary leader, ready to spearhead a groundbreaking initiative that aims to revolutionize our approach to addressing substance use disorder? Jenna's Promise is seeking an Executive Director who can embody our commitment to transforming the dialogue surrounding addiction while also possessing the meticulous attention to detail necessary to develop comprehensive policies and models.

Our mission stems from recognizing the systemic gaps that fail so many with substance use disorder, and we are determined to create lasting change that can build to a national scale. The ideal candidate will possess a skillset for taking up that mantle, helping to shape local, statewide, and national conversation around substance use disorder and mental health. At the heart of our organization lies a dedication to fostering a culture that breaks down stigma, embraces inclusivity, and promotes teamwork. It is essential for the Executive Director to be adept at continuing to build this complex program from the ground up, all while advancing a strong culture and developing a resilient team.

Reporting to the board of directors, the Executive Director will have overall fiscal, strategic, and operational responsibility and oversight for staff, programs, services, and execution of strategic goals in service of the organization’s mission and vision, and in alignment with organizational values and behavioral standards.

If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for effecting tangible change, we invite you to join us in reshaping the landscape of substance use disorder intervention and support. Together, we can create a world where every individual has the opportunity to thrive, free from the constraints of substance use disorder.
