Department of one, reporting to the Senior Advisor to the CEO and working closely with the Director of Program Impact and Evaluation, the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for all communications, website, and public relations efforts. The role will focus on effectively conveying Creative Vision's mission, particularly emphasizing the organization's youth programming.
As a key communications partner, the Senior Manager will ensure Creative Visions is recognized as a leading voice on creative activism. They will collaborate with senior colleagues across the organization to support strategic initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.

Creative Visions seeks an accomplished Senior Director of Marketing and Communications with at least seven years of communications experience (ideally in a non-profit) covering website content, newsletters, and public relations. The ability to take knowledge, transform it into exciting and useful messages, and disseminate it to the right audiences through the best distribution channels is essential.

Responsibilities
This is a full-time position. The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 based on the level of education and relevant experience, with an additional 20% offered to cover benefits that are not directly offered at Creative Visions.
