Associate Teacher

For the 2022-2023 school year we have job openings for our Associate Teacher role across the school in grades Pre-K, K/1, 2/3, 4/5 and 6th. Cold Spring School’s Associate Teachers work alongside experienced Head Teachers in the classroom. The ideal candidate will possess the desire and eagerness to work at a school where a child-centered approach, emergent curriculum, and social emotional learning are cornerstones of our educational philosophy. Associate Teachers work alongside the Head Teacher in all aspects of our program from curriculum planning, to observing, to teaching. Candidates should work well with colleagues, parents, and students, and have experience and confidence working with young children. Time on campus for an Associate will include a combination of structured professional learning, teaching, and gaining an understanding of the community culture and system.
